Event: Two away-day sessions with the development department

The Match: The development department of The Almeida wanted to explore new tools for its team in promoting and securing corporate sponsorship and individual giving and in giving presentations. Having worked with The Almeida’s senior management team and as a partner delivering their corporate training work we were well-placed to design bespoke skills work for the team around negotiation, impact and presentation.

Outcomes: The bespoke approach delivered tangible results in terms of tools the team could use and found worked immediately.
