Events: A series of interventions with the Group Risk team to help uncover and support the needs of both individual and group.

Match:  The organisation was going through a process of change and re-branding; Group Risk wanted to become more customer focused and to develop a stronger team identity and ethos. We led creatively facilitated one-to-ones with the whole team, using image and metaphor as tools. This and our ongoing dialogue with senior management enabled us to deliver bespoke interventions around areas such as; sharing the Group Risk vision, sharing and marking success, strengthening lines of communication.

Outcomes: The creative diagnostic approach enabled us and the team to locate and highlight needs and to develop an ongoing programme of work together. It opened up the team to a different way of working and sustaining each other at a time when the climate was very tough.
